Job Summary

Reporting to the Vendor RelationsSupervisor this position will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance ofthird party relations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, anindividual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

  • Handles incoming calls, emails, inquiries andtransactions from various segments within the book of business.

  • Possess a strong knowledge of internal process,understands relationships and key linkages between business units.

  • Collaborates with internal and external partiesto coordinate service related activities and manage client projects.

  • Resolves escalated issues quickly andefficiently by engaging the right people and departments within WM StrategicBusiness Solutions.

  • Possess strong time management and followthrough skills, has the ability to transition seamlessly between servicerequests, ensuring all SLAs are met

  • Documents each interaction, ensuring service,pricing and other required information are entered into our Acorn system.

  • Strives to meet or exceed service andoperational goals established for the service, including productivity, quality,accuracy and timeliness goals.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:

  • Clearand effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills

  • Corehours are 8-5pm. Ability to work 9-6pm

  • Abilityto prioritize based on department and company needs

  • Abilityto work independently as well as collaboratively

  • Detailorientated and excellent problem-solving skills

  • Proficientin Microsoft Excel

Education: High school diploma orG.E.D (accredited)

Experience: 1 year of relevant workexperience.
