This position is responsible for developing strategies to drive increased profitability, process efficiency, reduced costs and overall business improvement. Partner with functional and market area field leadership to deliver financial and strategic results through data-driven decision enablement. Pioneer data science and predictive analysis to develop forward-looking financial sales strategy for our clients. The ideal candidate for this job will have a strong analysis skillset, the ability to tactically analyze and problem solve based upon identified audit issues. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty. Other minor duties may be assigned.
Develop a thorough understanding of all Acorn and MAS data elements and interpret them as they relate to client and account level profitability
Find opportunities for improvement upon completion of audits and assist in decision-making across teams. You will work closely with Sales, Vendor Relations, Market Area leads and other functions to analyze performance and determine the impact of new proposed financial strategies and process improvements
Design dashboards and data visualizations to communicate meaningful metrics to different audiences within the business
You'll assist in building and auditing custom client profitability models (post-launch reviews), ensuring contract/bid compliance, profitability and optimized hauler selections
Maintain department metrics for assigned clients and audits. Analyzes audit results to improve operational efficiency and client profitability.
Leads audits for WM and 3rd party specs and transactions and develops training materials as needed for Indore analysts.
Conducts Quality Control checks and assists with Standard Operation Procedure documentation for the on and offshore teams. Reviews service (spec) uploads and audits Spec Governance declines. Maintains and analyzes metrics for quality and timeliness.
Identifies (flags) services for compliance to enable cost accuracy metrics.
Maintains Bid Approval Matrix (BAM) forms tracker to ensures completes and accuracy of BAM forms.
Guides junior team members in redline contract reviews and collects most recent approved supporting schedules and exhibits to expedite contract review process. Maintains and analyzes Contract Management tracking document. Reviews custom paper agreements and other agreements as assigned.
Client support duties as assigned, including liaison with Launch, Billing & Pricing as needed.

A. Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Business Administration, Legal or similar area of study; or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience.
Experience: 5 years of relevant work experience in auditing, operations, accounting, business analysis, or program evaluation (in addition to education requirement).

C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
Advanced Excel skillset to include vlookup, data reconciliation and audit background a must.
Ability to navigate and data mine multiple systems and spreadsheets.
