About the Job
You will present the full line of WM Energy Services to prospective WM customers. You will manage existing accounts and revenue (“farming” as we like to call it) 25% of the time and develop new business opportunities (“hunt”) 75% of the time. You will meet (and hopefully exceed) individual sales goals for new business with exploration and production customers, while also retaining our current customers.
About You (The Ideal Candidate)
If you’re the right fit, you’ll have many years of experience in energy services sales, selling to exploration and production companies. And if you’re really good, you’ll have extensive knowledge of the operators in the Southern Delaware Basin.
About our Minimum Requirements
At a minimum, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or in lieu of a degree, a High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience. As for your experience, you’ll need to have 3 years of sales work experience (in addition to the education requirement).
About our Preferred Requirements
We’d love for you to have knowledge of Railroad Commission of Texas, drilling, completion, and production, in addition to salt water disposal wells. In general, we want you to have knowledge of waste disposal requirements and DOT regulations.
