I. Job Summary Under minimum supervision, ensures that customer set-ups and service adjustments are completed appropriately.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other special projects and tasks may be assigned.
Resolves moderately complex questions and problems.
Maintains customer accounts for accurate and complete information. Records and tracks errors.
Responds to inquiries received through phone, mail and/or face-to-face contact with customers and prospects about the company's products or services by following standard scripts and procedures.
Monitors new customer accounts. Initiates and maintains contact with new customers to better understand their needs.
Acts as a liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, personnel, facilities and operations.
Assists in the preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc.
Prepares, coordinates service agreements and reviews them for accuracy.
Fosters compliance with standards and goals.
May assist in training Set-Up Agents III. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory duties.

A. Education and Experience
Education: High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
Experience: Six years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement). B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements
None required. C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
Call center or customer service experience, billing and operational experience may be required. V.
