I. Job Summary Responsible for the development, support, and delivery of data reporting and integration solutions that support business performance metrics. Interacts with business users to understand the requirements, current applications being used, and how they interact with the system architecture. Collaborates in a team environment to solve business related issues. Performs other duties of a similar nature as required. . II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

Maintains and continuously improves the team’s data warehouse

Handles large amounts of data or information, including current and historical data, and is also responsible for developing data integrity audit processes to ensure that consistent quality reporting is maintained

Creates both standardized and custom reports from scheduled and on-demand requests and delivers results consistently on a timely basis

Responsible for weekly/monthly deliverables

Converts business requirements into technical requirements and vice-versa

Facilitates the education and training of users on the principles and use of reporting and business analytics III. Supervisory Responsibilities

This job has no supervisory duties, but may occasionally act as a team lead.

A. Education and Experience

Required: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Information Systems or a related field, with 3 or more years of previous experience.B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements

Candidate must possess strong analytical, technical, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and strong customer service skills. Must be able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and execute many complex tasks simultaneously, anticipate business needs, and think with a business mindset.

Candidate must have exposure to at least one of the following:

Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server, with the ability to do the following:

TSQL - Read, write, and execute complex, multi-table joins, nested queries, and case and if statements

Write and execute stored procedures, SQL jobs, and code to make updates to large data tables

Understand data schemas and can maintain a clean database

Create data extracts using tools such as SSIS or comparable to pull data from different sources and platforms (i.e., Oracle, DB2, MS SQL Server)

Create reports using tools such as Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI, or related

Requires an understanding of relational databases and the use of data warehousing for reporting development and generation purposes

3+ years of progressive analytical experience in Finance, Sales, or Business Analysis

Must understand and have experience with data transformation. Processes should include MS SSIS, SQL to XLS, Access to CSV, TXT to SQL, and CSV to Access

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to articulate and present business analysis results clearly and concisely to stakeholders at different levels

Self-motivated willingness to learn

Ability to work with and protect confidential information required
