About the Job
As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) you willplay a critical role in generating revenue utilizing a consultative sellingapproach in the sale of Waste Management services to small/medium businesssegment customers. The ISR will primarily be contacting current customers whoare candidates for “Right Sizing”. Youwill utilize this consultative selling approach to assist those customers whohave outgrown their current hauling services and identify solutions to providethem with better service.
All of our Sales Professionals at WasteManagement consistently meets or exceeds weekly and monthly sales activitygoals as well as establishes and maintains a high level of customersatisfaction in all sales transactions.Thistranslates into awesome commissions which we will discuss in a moment.

Rick shares responsibilities with Kimberly and Sarah whowork as a team spending time on training their people and bringing them alongthrough hands-on guidance. Rick isn’t worried if you don’t have prior waste experience.He can teach that part. If you have the proper attitude and willingness tolearn, then success with Rick is inevitable.
About our Minimum Requirements
At a minimum, you will need to have a High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
About our Preferred Requirements
We’d prefer that youhave at least three years of B2B sales experience specifically in a huntercapacity. This is an Inside Sales role,which means that it’s a step up from your typical customer service salesposition. As such, you’ll be an accomplished sales rep, with many accolades to show for it. You’ll easily be able tohighlight your achievements and successes and should be proud to share them!Also, you’ll be able to navigate a CRM tool pretty easily – and if it’s * Salesforce.com * , then we’re in business!
